TC8-i3-1412-LCP-FR by PlastFormance is an electrically insulating, highly thermally conductive flame retarded liquid crystal polymer (LCP). It is suitable for processing by injection molding even at very high filler contents (80% vol.).
- It is used in heatsink, overmolding of electronics, enclosures for electronic potting, and heat dissipation of plugs and power electronics.
- TC8-i3-1412-LCP-FR is recommended for heatspreader, sensor overmolding, functional enclosures and as substitution of die casted aluminum.
