PETILEN F2-12 by Petkim is a heat stabilized, low density polyethylene (LDPE) resin containing medium level of antiblock- and slip agent. It is produced by high pressure autoclave process. It shows very low UV deterioration and slow biodegradability. It is non-toxic and insoluble in water. It is processed by film- and sheet extrusion. PETILEN F2-12 is used in production of blown films for general purpose, food packaging, multi-layer film lamination, air bubble film and toy’s net bags. It complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR § 177.1520 (a)(2)(i).
