NOVAPOL® TF-Y534-IP Resin by NOVA Chemicals is a versatile, high-performance, hexene copolymer linear medium density polyethylene (LMDPE) resin. It is reinforced with an antioxidant, slip agent, processing aid and an antiblocking agent. Exhibits an excellent balance of mechanical properties, batch consistency, ultra-low contamination, long-term stability, excellent stiffness, excellent puncture resistance, high strength and high toughness. Offers good processability, high clarity, good shrinking properties, printability and reduced film thickness. Improves organoleptic properties, enhances barrier properties and provides product protection. Is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion. Used in industrial packaging applications such as overwrap. Complies with FDA.
