Exelene® LLDPE 1601 by Montachem is a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) was created from the comonomer 1-butene in the presence of Ziegler-Natta catalysts. As ingredients, it has antioxidant, slip, and antiblocking agents. It can be processed by blown film extrusion. It is advised for 1-10 kg bags for packing powdered foods, grains, and powdered substances for home and industrial usage, as well as bags for repackaging powdered foods or grains (such as rice, pulses, salt, sugar, flour, and cereals) (such as detergents, sand, gravel). Exelene® LLDPE 1601 meets with the FDA requirements of section 177.1520, paragraph C, from chapter 21 denominated "Olefin Polymers" for direct food contact.
