Silopren™ LSR 4060

Silopren™ LSR 4060 by Momentive Performance Materials is a two-component liquid silicone rubber, sterilizable with ethylene oxide, steam and gamma radiation. It is easily pigmented with LSR color pastes. Offers excellent biocompatibility, high thermal stability, excellent recovery after puncture, neutral odor and taste. Exhibits high transparency, excellent rubber elastic properties, high stability to ozone and UV light. Designed for processing by injection molding. Silopren™ LSR 4060 is used in elastomeric articles like sealing elements, diaphragms, ear plugs, bellows, respiratory devices, vibration dampers, pipette nipples, tube connectors, catheters, parts for medical technical equipment and mats. Complies with USP Class VI, ISO 10993, BfR recommendation XV "Silicones", FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and Eur. Pharmacopia VI 3.1.9 regulations.
