TAFMER™ A-1085S by Mitsui Chemicals is ethylene based a-olefin elastomer (TPO) grade. Exhibits low melting point, low heat seal initiation temperature, softness and flexibility. It provides high speed packing, low crystallinity, transparency, low glass transition temperature and low temperature impact resistance.
- It shows low specific gravity, insolubility in water, elasticity, good filler containability, foamability and cross-linkability.
- TAFMER™ A-1085S is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion. Used in blown PE sealant layers.
- Meets FDA title 21, parts 170 to 189, FCN (food contact notification) and EU Directive 2002/72/EC.
