UV15X-6Med-2 by Master Bond is a one-component, flexible system. It has medium viscosity and cures fast without oxygen inhibition. Offers good thermal- and electrical insulation. It resists chemicals and thermal cycling. It does not contain any solvent and diluent. Exhibits good mechanical properties including high abrasion resistance and toughness. Used in medical device manufacturing and specialty applications. It has a shelf life of 6 months. UV15X-6Med-2 meets RoHS, ISO 10993-5 for Cytotoxicity and USP Class VI testing.
