Adflex X 101 H

Supplied byLyondellBasell- Last Updated on Mar 26, 2026

Adflex X 101 H by LyondellBasell is a water insoluble, natural colored, high molecular weight thermoplastic olefin elastomer. It is manufactured using the company’s proprietary Catalloy process technology. Possesses high flow, good flexibility, high softness, high blend viscosity, low modulus with a relatively high melt flow index. Exhibits high ESCR (environmental stress cracking resistance), good chemical and low temperature impact resistance. It is tailored to replace atactic polypropylene copolymers (APP) and to obtain easy dispersion and phase inversion in the bitumen blend. Suitable for processing by cast film, compounding and injection molding. Adflex X 101 H is used in cured in place pipe, specialty film, modification of bitumen in roofing membranes and industrial applications where high flexibility and the capability of accepting high filler loading levels are required. Adflex X 101 H by LyondellBasell complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste 94/62/EC, RoHS directive 2002/95/EC & 2011/65/EU, US CONEG, End of Life Vehicle directive 2000/53/EC and meets the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520(a)(3)(iii) and 21 CFR 177.1520(c)(3.4).
