Adflex Q 200 F by LyondellBasell is a water insoluble, natural colored thermoplastic olefin elastomer grade. It is manufactured using the company’s proprietary Catalloy process technology. Possesses high strength, good toughness, processability, flexibility, low flow, fractional melt flow with a low modulus and exhibits good impact resistance. It can also be used to modify LDPE or LLDPE resins in order to improve puncture resistance and other mechanical characteristics to allow futher downgauging, contains no slip or antiblock. Adflex Q 200 F is suitable for processing by extrusion. Recommended for automotive part, soft hygienic and heavy duty films. Complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), BfR Recommendation VII, China GB9685-2008 and Ministry of Health announcement 2012 No.5, US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste directive 94/62/EC and meets the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520(a)(3)(iii) and 21 CFR 177.1520(c)(3.4).
