Adflex Q 108 F by Lyondellbasell is a water insoluble, natural colored thermoplastic olefin elastomer grade. It is manufactured using the company’s proprietary Catalloy process technology. Possesses good colorability, flexibility, low gloss, low hardness with no slip or antiblock and only minimal stabilization in order to allow wider design latitude for the compounder. Additional suitable stabilization is recommended to protect the resin during melt processing and throughout its useful life. Exhibits high ESCR (environmental stress cracking resistance), medium heat resistance, good impact and puncture resistance. Adflex Q 108 F is suitable for processing by extrusion compounding, flat die, blown film, calendering, extrusion pipe sheet and semi finished products and extrusion thermoforming. Recommended for impact modification of polypropylene and other compounding applications, as well as monolayer and multilayer air quenched blown films, automotive color-matched interior trim applications, panels & profiles, soft profile & sheets, stationery film, food packaging applications including TPO foils, skins, bags, pouches and for building & construction.
