Lucene™ LC175 by LG Chem is an ethylene-1-butene thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer copolymer grade. It is produced using metallocene polymerization catalyst and solution process technology. It is an excellent impact modifier for plastics and offers unique performance capabilities for compounded products. Exhibits improved impact strength in polypropylene, outstanding toughness, flexibility and excellent filler acceptance. Provides excellent polymer modification, reduction of product weight, high elasticity and low thermal sealing temperature. Lucene™ LC175 is used in compounding, plastic modification, soft & hard TPO compounds and general purpose applications. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.
