Kuredux® Polyglycolic Acid by Kureha is a biodegradable and compostable polyglycolic acid (PGA) resin. It exhibits good abrasion resistance, excellent solvent resistance, high strength and good mechanical properties. It also exhibits high aroma and high flavor retention. It possesses excellent toughness & stiffness, excellent gas barrier properties (oxygen, carbon dioxide and water vapor) and abuse resistance. Kuredux® Polyglycolic Acid is designed for processing by extrusion, coextrusion, injection molding, polymer blending, thermoforming, printing, lamination and other downstream processing. It is recommended for packaging and industrial applications.
