THERMOLAST® M TM5MEP by Kraiburg is silicone-, PVC-, latex-free thermoplastic elastomer. It shows adhesion to PP & PE, sterilizability (autoclave 134°C, ß-/y-radiation 2x35 kGy, EtO) and optimized compression set. It is free from animal ingredients. It provides long-term raw material availability and guarantees optimum raw material purity. It lies below the usual market limits for phthalates and heavy metals.
- It is suitable for processing by cost-effective molding and short cycle time for injection and two-component injection molding and extrusion techniques.
- It has optimum sealing, excellent resealing and outstanding mechanical properties.

- It is used for medical devices like lightweight, ergonomic and reusable SURGEON Pencil S. and pharmaceutical industries such as packaging, seals, valves and flexible connections.
- It complies with Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, US FDA CFR 21, VDI 2017, ISO 10993-5 (Cytotoxicity) and Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), ISO 10993-4, ISO 10993-10, ISO 10993-11, USP class VI, complies with ISCC PLUS requirements and reduces product carbon footprint (PCF).
