THERMOLAST® M TM4MED by Kraiburg is a translucent, water-insoluble, sterilizable TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) grade. It is listed on DMF. It can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. It is free from animal-based ingredients.
  • It is an extremely soft and custom-made compound.
  • It exhibits adhesion to PP (polypropylene) and excellent compression set.
  • It is suitable for medical and pharmaceutical applications.
  • Its typical application includes closures, infusion stoppers and membranes.
  • THERMOLAST® M TM4MED complies with REACH regulation, ISO 10993-4 (Hemolysis, indirect in human blood), ISO 10993-5 (Cytotoxicity), ISO 10993-10 (Intracutaneous Irritation), ISO 10993-11 (Acute Systemic Toxicity), USP class VI, ISCC PLUS requirements and reduces product carbon footprint (PCF).
