Green Planet™ X131A by Kaneka is polyhydroxybutyrate-hexanoate (PHBH) grade. It is a 100% plant-derived, biomass polymer produced by microorganisms in a specified fermentation condition using plant oils. It exhibits good flexibility, hydrolysis stability and heat resistance. Recommended for straws, coffee capsules, films, shopping bags, cutlery and food packaging. Green Planet™ X131A shows excellent biodegradability under aerobic, anaerobic, aquatic and composting conditions and is proven to be an environmental friendly plastic.
