Regenerated cellulose film based on renewable resources. It is coated on both sides with a polyvinylidene chloride (PVdC) copolymer and metallized on one face. Possesses enhanced barrier to UV/visible light transmission, inherent anti-static properties, ultra high lustre and sparkle. It is cold-seal compatible and resistant to oils as well as greases. Has excellent barrier to water vapor, gases and aromas, controlled slip characteristics as well as excellent dead-fold characteristics. It has been specifically formulated to offer the ultimate in twist wrapping performance on the widest possible range of twist machinery, regardless of type or age. Maximum machine speeds are achievable, together with a reduced incidence of miswraps. A glossier,
tighter wrap significantly enhances the finished appearance and offers improved product shelf life.
