IP1851

IP1851 by Ingenia is a polyethylene masterbatch containing purge agents. It is formulated with scrubbing agents and slip agents to rapidly clean out the system and remove degraded and carbonized polymer. It does not contain any animal-based ingredients, dispersion aids, waxes, or stearates.

• It is suitable for blown film purge, cast film purge, blow molding purge, and injection molding purge applications (not for mold cleaning).
• In blown film applications, the bubble can be maintained during the purging cycle when the product is run neat.
• It is excellent for resin changes, color changes and for use prior to manual clean-up of the system.
• It can also be used prior to preventive maintenance and has excellent thermal stability.
• It is designed for use in LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE applications.
• IP1851 may be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA and CONEG.
