IP1850 by Ingenia is a polyethylene masterbatch containing purge agents. It does not contain any animal-based ingredients, dispersion aids, waxes, or stearates. It is used after purging process equipment with Ingenia’s IP1851.
- It helps reduce oxidized polyethylene remaining in processing equipment during shutdowns and start-ups.
- For optimum results, it is recommended to use the product at 100% concentration.
- It is suitable for blown film purge, cast film purge, blow molding purge, and injection molding purge applications (not for mold cleaning).
- It is designed for use in LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE film and molding applications.
- IP1850 may be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA and CONEG.
