Rigidex® HD5502S by Ineos is a medium molecular weight high density polyethylene (HDPE) copolymer grade. Exhibits easy processing, good rigidity, good environmental stress crack resistance and good impact strength. It is suitable for processing by blow molding and extrusion. Applications include containers up to 30 liters capacity for packaging chemicals, many household products, oils & foodstuff, sheet and extruded net. Rigidex® HD5502S complies with the EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, and Commission Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006. Meets the relevant requirements of regulations including RoHS-2011/65/EU, WEEE-2002/96/EC, EoL-2000/53/EC, Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, and REACH-Regulation No. 1907/2006. It has a maximum shelf life of 1 year.
