Profax™ SL316 by Indelpro (Alpek) is a polypropylene homopolymer (PP, Homopolymer) grade. Exhibits excellent optical properties, good processing for high velocity lines, stiffness, gloss, clarity and barrier properties. Designed for cast films extrusion, injection molding and thermoforming methods. Profax™ SL316 is recommended for production of bioriented polypropylene films (BOPP). Can be used for metallized film applications and in monolayer and multilayers films. Complies with the requirements of the FDA contained in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520.
