Rubaloy™ - 4465

Rubaloy™ - 4465 by Imperial Water-proofing Industries is a pthalate-free, blend of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber and pre-treated polyvinyl chloride (NBR/ PVC) in a polymer ratio 70 : 30. It contains ultra high ACN content and a non-staining stabilizer. Offers resistance to oil, ozone, abrasion, weather aging, fuel (Fuel 'A', 'B', 'C' & 'D'), gasohol, sour gas, heat and lead-free petrol. Exhibits very easy processability, superior dispersion, improved flexibility, low permeability color fastness and low die swell. Designed for processing by extrusion and calendering. Rubaloy™ - 4465 uses conventional sulfur or peroxide curing systems. Recommended for tubes, kerbside hose, colored and black automotive applications for SAE-I specification products. Complies with ISO: 18001 - 2007, RoHS, U.S. EPA TSCA, REACH and ISO 9001 : 2015 regulations.
