GRAFTALEN™ MP-UHHD 00850 by Graft Polymer is a melt processable ultra-high-molecular-weight-polyethylene based on high density polyethylene. It exhibits very high impact strength which remains high even at low temperatures and great flexural properties. It offers improved mechanical characteristics, high stiffness and abrasion resistance. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and thermoforming. GRAFTALEN™ MP-UHHD 00850 can be used as a toughener or as a standalone material. Its optimal processing temperatures are between 180°C and 200°C.
