Cellophane™ 340XSB by Futamura is cellulosic polymer used as a single film for twist-wrap and roll-wrap applications. It is regenerated cellulose film (RCF), based on renewable wood pulp, coated on both sides with polyvinylidene chloride (PVdC) copolymer. It is resistant to oils and greases. It is heat-sealable on both sides. It has excellent gloss and transparency as well as dead-fold characteristics. It inherits anti-static properties and enhanced fine-tone print definition. It provides intermediate barrier to water vapor, gases, and aromas. Cellophane™ 340XSB by Futamura is suitable for use as a single film or in laminate structures for over-wrapping and form-fill seal packaging.
