Formolene® 3435E by Formosa Plastics is a high melt flow random Polypropylene (PP) copolymer grade. It offers good clarity, low yellow index and increased impact resistance. It is characterized by fast cycle time and easy mold release. It is designed for thin-walled, injection molding applications. It is ideal for designing transparent housewares - clear storage containers, food and beverage containers and rigid packaging. Formolene® 3435E meets the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520, covering safe use of polyolefin articles and components of articles intended for direct food contact. It also meets the requirements for materials & articles intended to come into contact with food as specified by Directives EC/2023/2006, EC/1935/2004, EU/10/2011 and EU/1183/2012. It is free from animal-derived content.
