Formolene® 1102KR by Formosa Plastics is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. Its unique formulation provides excellent low water carryover. Designed for compounding and extrusion process, notably raffia applications. Meets the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520, covering safe use of polyolefin articles and components of articles intended for direct food contact. Formolene® 1102KR also meets the requirements for materials & articles intended to come into contact with food as specified by Directives EC/2023/2006, EC/1935/2004, EU/10/2011 and EU/1183/2012. This grade is free from animal-derived content.
