Vistamaxx™ Performance Polymer 3000 by ExxonMobil Chemical is an easy to process, propylene elastomer produced using proprietary metallocene catalyst technology. It is primarily composed of isotactic propylene repeat units with random ethylene distribution.
- It offers good durability, mechanical properties, moderate elastomeric properties and very good chemical resistance and long-term aging.
- It provides very good elasticity, toughness, clarity and is compatible with a wide variety of hydrocarbon based polymers.
- It exhibits very low seal initiation temperature combined with high seal strength when used as sealing layer of co-extruded structures and excellent adhesion to conventional or metallocene PP & PE.
- It is suitable for blown & cast film, calendared & extruded sheeting, PP/TPO modification, injection molding, compounding and packaging applications.
- Vistamaxx™ Performance Polymer 3000 complies with RoHS.
