Paxon™ BA46-055 by ExxonMobil Chemical is a high-density polyethylene copolymer with high molecular weight. It contains thermal stabilizer and does not contain antistatic as additive. Provides excellent processability, high melt and impact strength. Exhibits high chemical and stress-cracking resistance. It is suitable for processing by compression molding. This grade is used in coex applications. Paxon™ BA46-055 is recommended for automotive fuel tanks excluding biodiesel, drums, food packaging, heavy-gauge sheet and intermediate bulk containers. It is suitable for large part blow molding, portable fuel tanks, small engine fuel tanks and thermoformed parts.
