EMDA-6200 by Equate is a water insoluble, high density polyethylene (HDPE) copolymer grade. It exhibits excellent surface finish, stability at room temperature, environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) & a good balance of rigidity and impact strength. Is suitable for processing by extrusion blow molding by using intermittent and continuous blow molding machines. It is used in small to medium size bottles, containers (upto 10 liter capacity) for packaging household & industrial chemicals such as detergents, bleach and fabric softeners, toiletries, cosmetics & food products, thin-walled parts, household items, sheets and profiles including corrugated drainage pipes. EMDA-6200 complies with US FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact applications including holding food during cooking and EC Directive 90/128/EEC.
