Bluesil™ RTV 3318 SPU

BLUESIL™ RTV 3318 SPU by Elkem Silicones is silicone elastomer which, after the addition of catalyst BLUESIL™ CATA SPU, cure at room temperature by a polycondensation reaction, leading to a flexible and elastic material. It possesses intrinsic self-releasing properties and good flowing behavior. It offers very high resistance to polyurethane resins, even to those curing by a strong exothermic reaction. This grade provides ease of processing, high mechanical resistance, excellent reproduction fidelity of each detail and easy demolding. BLUESIL™ RTV 3318 SPU is designed to produce molds dedicated to polyurethane resins casting, for series production. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
