Eastman Amphora™ Flex 3D Polymer FL6000 by Eastman Chemical Company is low odor, styrene-free, steam sterilizable polyester with extended processing window. It exhibits outstanding chemical resistance, dimensional stability, workability, enhanced aesthetics and excellent temperature resistance. It can be used with standard 3D printers as it eliminates the need to switch to specialized flex extruders. It prints at a faster speed than other elastomeric materials due to exceptional layer-to-layer adhesion and melt strength. It is a flexible material engineered for extrusion-based additive manufacturing processes. It demonstrates superior durability and toughness. Eastman Amphora™ Flex 3D Polymer FL6000 is ideal for additive manufacturing of prosthetics, orthotics, automotive parts, apparel and tooling.
