ENGAGE™ 11547T Polyolefin Elastomer by Dow is a polyolefin elastomer. It provides high flow and excellent rubber loading efficiency, making it a superior impact modifier in thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) compounds. Its improved toughening capability, compared to other commercially available polyolefin elastomers, allows for easier optimization of elastomer levels to meet global automotive specifications.
  • TPO formulations containing product combine excellent stiffness and toughness balance for automotive parts, such as bumper fascia.
  • The design enables shorter injection molding cycle times for TPO compounds, contributing to better morphology control and enhanced temperature resistance in final parts.
  • It includes high rubber loading efficiency for an optimal cost/performance balance, a high crystallization temperature for short cycle times, and a high melting point for improved temperature resistance.
  • It does not contain antiblock, slip and processing aid.
  • It is provided in pellet form with a partitioning agent for ease of handling.
  • ENGAGE™ 11547T Polyolefin Elastomer is used for injection molding of polyolefin compounds.
