ELVAX™ 40W Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer by Dow is ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade containing butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) antioxidant as a thermal stabilizer and an amide additive. It exhibits high flex crack resistance, clarity and polarity. It is suitable for processing by compounding, injection molding, structural foam molding, sheet & shape extrusion, blow molding and wire coating. ELVAX™ 40W Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer is recommended for industrial applications, wire & cables, adhesives, sealants, wax blends, carton and case sealing. ELVAX™ 40W Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer complies with TSCA, EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE), EN 71-3, FDA 21 CFR 175.1350(a) and conforms to CONEG, EU 94/62/EC.
