DOW™ LDPE 722 by Dow is a broad molecular weight distribution, low density polyethylene (LDPE) homopolymer. Exhibits optimal neck-in and draw-down performance, good impact, environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) and processability and excellent flexibility. Provides chemical stability, excellent aesthetics, printability, strength, tear resistance and elasticity. Designed for extrusion coating film process. Recommended for flexible packaging and paperboard coating applications such as liquid and juice, laminate tube, condiment pouches, dry foods packaging, snack foods packaging, moist foods packaging, sugar pouches, lidding stock, medical packaging and caps and closures. DOW™ LDPE 722 complies with Canadian HPFB No Objections (With Limitations), EU, No 10/2011, U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 2.2, U.S. FDA DMF and EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS).
