ASPUN™ 6850 by Dow is a grade of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). Fiber extrusion can be used to process it. The soft fiber with great drape and a low melting point for bonding is utilized in spun-bond nonwovens and staple fiber. ASPUN™ 6850 conforms with REACH, RoHS, the European Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, and the U.S. FDA's 21 CFR 177.1520.
