AMPLIFY™ EA 103 by Dow is a high flow ethylene ethyl acrylate (EEA) copolymer grade available in the form of pellets. It is produced via a high-pressure reactor. Exhibits high flexibility, low temperature toughness, marginal RF welding capability, excellent blend compatibility with other polyolefins and thermal stability. Is suitable for processing by injection molding, extrusion coating and blow moding. Recommended for hot melt adhesive formulation, high performance packaging applications, film laminate and polymer modification. Can be utilized as a tie layer between polyolefins and various polar substrates such as metal, polyvinylidiene chloride (PVDC), cellulose, polyolefins, polyester, polycarbonate, glass, foil, PVC, PET and polystyrene. AMPLIFY™ EA 103 by Dow complies with U.S. FDA 21CFR 175.105, U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1320 and EU No. 10/2011.
