Marlex® HXM 50100P by Chevron Phillips Chemical is an opaque, extra high molecular weight, high density polyethylene (MDPE) hexene copolymer. It is durable and recyclable for sustainability.
  • It exhibits good melt strength, rigidity, excellent environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), excellent low temperature impact strength.
  • It is designed for blow molding and thermoforming applications.
  • Blow molded applications include 55-gallon shipping containers, fuel containers, agricultural chemical tanks and thermoformed applications include pallets, automotive dunnage, truck bedliners & playground equipment.
  • Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.2a & 21 CFR 176.170(c) for food contact applications and is listed with ASTM D4976 – PE 235.
  • Marlex® HXM 50100P meets with the requirements of Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, Framework Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006.
