CGM 031-1 is a flame retardant polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade by ChenGuang Research Institute of Chemical Industry. Exhibits excellent chemical inertness, superior electric insulation (un-affected by temperature and frequency), non-absorption of moisture and non-adhesion to all other materials. Shows outstanding resistance to chemical corrosion by strong acids, alkalis, strong oxidants etc. Provides exceptional abrasion- and high & low temperature resistance. CGM 031-1 is suitable for pre-forming by press molding and processing by sintering. Designed for general molding with medium particle size and used in plates, rods, pipe and gaskets.
