Teflon™ PFA 9725 is a perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) fluoroplastic grade by Chemours. Shows high melt strength, toughness, low coefficient of friction, exceptional dielectric and non-stick properties. Possesses surface smoothness and thermal stability. Exhibits low smoke & moisture absorption, good flexibility, low flammability and melt flow rate. Offers chemical inertness, good heat-, stress cracking-, ignition and weather resistance. Teflon™ PFA 9725 can be processed by melt extrusion & injection, compression and transfer molding. Used in extruded tubing, profiles for hose, electrical insulators & sleeving, industrial film and products requiring superior electrical, chemical, and thermal properties. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations.
