Teflon® PFA 440HPA by Chemours is a perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) fluoroplastic premium resin with the lowest level of extractables designed to meet ultra-high purity requirements. It possesses high melt strength & toughness, low coefficient of friction, exceptional dielectric & non-stick properties and thermal stability. It exhibits low smoke & moisture absorption, good flexibility, high melt flow rate and low flammability. It provides good heat, ignition & weather resistance and chemical inertness. It can be processed by melt extrusion & injection, compression, and transfer molding. Teflon® PFA 440HPA can be used in fluid handling components for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology applications where purity in the parts-per-billion range is needed. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 and European Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011
