Celcon® M140-L1 CC5220 GRAY by Celanese is a general purpose polyacetal copolymer (POM) resin. Is a tribological, low viscosity grade providing good flow, hardness & rigidity, thermal-oxidative stability, excellent resilience, low moisture absorption and excellent slip properties. Exhibits excellent weather-, wear-, chemical-, creep-, long term fatigue-, moisture- and stress crack resistance. Offers good processability, colorability, low friction and good electrical & dielectric properties. Reduces or eliminates noise (squeak) when wearing against itself. It can be processed by injection molding. Complies with PFOS & PFOA, and RoHS regulations.
