E²C™ FX9390

E²C™ FX9390 by Cabot is a high performance, engineered elastomer composite solution. It is formulated to deliver significant performance improvement balanced across cut/chip/chunk resistance, heat buildup and abrasion resistance. This pre-mixed grade provides mining customers with flexibility for tire compound formulation. It offers improved economics and reduced operational barriers. It can achieve higher performance levels in multiple dimensions with faster processing times, which is particularly valuable when used on sold-out production lines. E²C™ FX9390 enables large design space when combined with E²C™ durability series products. It displays fewer mixing stages, requiring up to 50% less mixing energy and shorter mixing cycles, requiring up to 50% less mixing time. It is used in OTR (off-the-road) mining & retreading applications.
