Urochem Moulding Compound 191 by BI-QEM is a highly refined cellulose filled urea formaldehyde resin modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It provides glossy surface, high hardness, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It exhibits good melt flow. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. Urochem Moulding Compound 191 is designed for processing by compression molding. It is suitable for production of buttons. Its shelf life is of 6 months below 20°C. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance.
