Versalloy™ XL 9055-1 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is thermoplastic elastomer, TPV alloy. It possesses superior surface aesthetics, exceptional colorability, excellent flow for long & thin flow paths and good surface finish. This recyclable material allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. It is processed by injection molding. Versalloy™ XL 9055-1 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is used in over molding, thin-walled parts, consumer- and soft-touch applications. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1210 and RoHS.
