Versalloy™ HC 9210-55N by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a recyclable, thermoplastic elastomer grade, TPV alloy. It is a non-phthalate plasticizer with halogen free, superior surface aesthetics and good surface finish. It provides exceptional colorability, good processability and excellent flow for long, thin flow paths. This grade allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. It is processed by injection molding. It is used in overmolding, flexible grips, personal care, thin-walled parts, soft touch applications and medical/healthcare applications such as disposable medical items, syringe stoppers. Versalloy™ HC 9210-55N by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) complies with RoHS and USP Class VI.
