CASCOMEL TF-71

CASCOMEL TF-71 by Asta Chemicals is a reactive, durable, crosslinkable, melamine formaldehyde (MF) resin with mild odor. It is free from visible impurities. Exhibits long storage life and infinite water dilutability. Offers easy care finishing of fabrics composed of cellulosic fibres and synthetic fibre blends. Inhibits gas-fading in dyed acetate and acetate spun rayon mixtures. Compatible with base resins, cross-linkers, additives, softeners and finishing agents. Suitable for use as a binder for direct dyestuffs, delustering pigments and fire retardants. Designed for textile finishing applications, embossed, schreiner and chintz finishing. Used as an anti-slippage agent for nylon fabrics. Fabrics finished with CASCOMEL TF-71 provide high wrinkle recovery, minimum loss of tensile strength & good resistance to shrinking and creasing. It has a shelf life of approximately 4 months.
