Accura® 55 by 3D Systems is a plastic resin that is strong and rigid for 3D printing and prototyping, and it can be used in place of white ABS products that have been CNC machined. It is a polymer for SLA (Stereolithography) prototyping. It features completely defined and tried-and-true build styles, fast production speed, low viscosity formulation, the appearance and feel of molded ABS, and great precision with little distortion. For models, parts produced within tolerance and loyal to CAD data, it opens up more market options. Additionally, it increases system output, reduces labor costs for part cleaning and finishing, and maximizes reliability without requiring user R&D. The ProXTM 950 3D Printer can use this substance. Accura® 55 is used in electronic and automotive interior parts, master patterns for urethane casting, concept and marketing models, polypropylene (PP) or ABS pieces machined into functional assemblies, and short-run production parts.
