Urea Formaldehyde Resin (UF) for Plastic Parts

ASTRO SET 90 by Hexion is methylated urea-formaldehyde grade. It offers rapid cure response. It can be used to crosslink a variety of polymers that contain hydroxyl, amide and carboxyl groups. ASTRO SET 90 by Hexion provides excellent storage and catalyzed coating stability.

Prefere 70 1000L by Metadynea is an aqueous solution of unmodified urea-formaldehyde-condensation resin. Shows good compatibility with acrylic dispersions. Designed for the impregnation of decorative paper for the lamination of wood panels (LPM) by a two stage process and the production of edge bending materials. Shelf life of Prefere 70 1000L at 20°C is about 2-3 weeks.

Urecoll® DO by BASF is a hard, urea formaldehyde resin. Acts as a crosslinking agent. Exhibits dimensional stability and substrates like cellulosic fibers. Urecoll® DO is recommended for decorative foil applications. Complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 regulations.

Urecoll® 135 by BASF is a hard, urea formaldehyde resin. Acts as a crosslinking agent. Exhibits dimensional stability and substrates like cellulosic fibers. Urecoll® 135 is recommended for abrasive applications. Complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 regulations.

Urecoll® A Liquid by BASF is a hard, urea formaldehyde resin. Acts as a crosslinking agent. Exhibits dimensional stability and substrates like synthetic, glass & mineral fibers. Urecoll® A Liquid is recommended for roofing applications. Complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 regulations.

SYNPOL 1001 by Synpol is a general purpose, flexible butylated urea formaldehyde (UF) amino resin. It is soluble in butanol. Exhibits high gloss, excellent stability and medium reactivity. Offers adequate hardness & adhesion and good impact resistance. SYNPOL 1001 is recommended for baking enamels and high solids.

R 5813 by Resins & Plastics is a butylated urea formaldehyde resin. It is used for epoxy finishes, refrigerators, furniture and flow agent.

R 5819 by Resins & Plastics is a butylated urea formaldehyde resin.

ASTAMIN CL-370 by Asta Chemicals is a white/opaque, urea formaldehyde (UF) resin with mild odor. It is designed for use in E3 particle board applications. The shelf life of ASTAMIN CL-370 is 2 weeks.
