Polyethylene (PE) for Plastic Parts

INCIRCLE® IP1601 by Ingenia is a compatibilizer masterbatch which can be added to multi-material films containing nylon and/or EVOH to design for recycling. Nylon and EVOH typically cannot be evenly dispersed into a polyethylene matrix for recycling. But with the addition of INCIRCLE® IP1601 at very low let-down ratio (LDR), multi-layer film trim can be added back into film production.

• The let-down ratio (LDR) is dependent on the film composition.
• The ratio of IP1601 to polyamide is 1:12, EVOH is 1:13, or polyamide plus EOVH is 1:10 to meet APR Design for Recyclability Recognition. Please note that the ratios have to be exact to use the APR.
• It is free of animal-based ingredients, dispersion aids, waxes and stearates.
• It is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE film.
• INCIRCLE® IP1601 is used in applications such as blown film, cast film, injection molding, blow molding, and sheet extrusion processes.
• It complies with FDA food contact regulations and CONEG.

LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FX98501 (Asia) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, unspecified, polyethylene (PE) resin reinforced with carbon powder and glass fiber. Offers electrical conductivity. LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FX98501 (Asia) can be processed by injection molding. It is recommended for automotive under the hood, electrical and electronic components and industrial material handling.

LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FX98501 (Americas) by SABIC is a compound based on PFAS-free, unspecified, polyethylene (PE) resin reinforced with carbon powder and glass fiber. Offers electrical conductivity. LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FX98501 (Americas) can be processed by injection molding. It is recommended for automotive under the hood, electrical and electronic components and industrial material handling.

LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FD000 by SABIC is a compound based on PFAS-free, unspecified, polyethylene (PE) resin filled with carbon powder. Provides electrical conductivity. It can be processed by injection molding. LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FD000 is used in electrical and electronic components and industrial material handling.

LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ Compound PDXF89080 by SABIC is a wear-resistant polyethylene (PE) resin containing proprietary fillers. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for sport/leisure, personal accessory, home- & commercial appliances, consumer, electronic, outdoor, lawn and landscape. LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ Compound PDXF89080 is also used in electrical display, devices, components and infrastructure applications.

LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FX98500C is an electrically conductive polyethylene (PE) resin reinforced with carbon black powder. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FX98500C is recommended for semiconductors, electronic material handling, industrial and non structural applications.

LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FX91304 by SABIC is an electrically conductive polyethylene (PE) resin reinforced with super strong carbon fiber. It is designed for semiconductors, electronic material handling and industrial applications. LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FX91304 ?is suitable for processing by injection molding.

LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FX09905 by SABIC is an electrically conductive polyethylene (PE) resin reinforced with carbon black. Recommended for semiconductors, electronic material handling and industrial applications. LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound FX09905 ?is suitable for processing by injection molding.

Medcol V7040 by Braskem is a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) grade. It is specifically designed for blow-fill-seal processes and is produced from renewable feedstock.

FR6012 by Borealis is a polyethylene-base resin combined with an advanced flame-retardant filler system. It is a thermoplastic, low-smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant jacket compound.

• It provides high mechanical strength, toughness, high flame retardancy, UV resistance, and low-smoke halogen-free (LSHF) flame retardant performance.
• It is designed for applications requiring reduced smoke generation and minimised corrosive and toxic combustion products.
• It is used for jackets in energy cables and halogen-free flame-retardant cable compounds.
• It is also suitable for cable constructions, including applications subject to CPR regulations or installations in public buildings, transportation infrastructure, data centres, and high-occupancy residential and office buildings where strict fire codes apply.
• It has a shelf life of 15 months.
