Grades for dry processes for broad chemical compatibility
Syensqo is showcasing its portfolio of products at booth T0335, including its breakthrough Tecnoflon® FFKM NFS range. The new portfolio has recently expanded beyond Syensqo’s market-first NFS FFKM resins for dry processes to include products designed for unmatched performance in the types of plasma and very high temperature conditions that are required for leading edge chip production.
Dry process grades: The industry’s first commercial FFKM made without the use of fluorosurfactants, offering robust sealing and broad chemical compatibility.
Plasma resistant grade: Resistant to degradation in fluorine, oxygen, and hydrogen plasmas.
High-temperature grade: Introduced in late 2025, ensuring exceptional thermal stability and reliable performance under extreme conditions.
