Star Plastics, LLC, a compounder of engineered thermoplastics and platform company Akoya Capital Partners, LLC, announces the merger of Trivalence Technologies into Star Plastics.
This strategic combination brings together two highly complementary organizations, further advancing the company’s mission to provide innovative, sustainable, and high-performance polymer solutions to customers around the world.

The merger expands the scope and scale of Star Plastics’ capabilities—enhancing technical expertise, product offerings, geographic reach, and market diversification.
